JXPZ full automatic yeast expansion-culture system is a pure and strong yeast culturing equipment for beer&brewery. Except inoculation by Hansen tank and sampling valve washing and sterilization. This equipment carries out all the other operations of the expansion-culture process by PLC programmable control and touch screen manipulation, with full automation for interior washing and sterilization of tanks and main pipes (malt extract of yeast flow pipes). Having incorporated in advanced technology and equipment and being reasonably designed. It meets the need of pure draught beer brewing process in particular.
This system is composed of Hansen tank expansion culture tank, piping system and control syistem. It can be equipped with a special CIP device for endusers as requested. With this system, all operations can be carried out automatically by programmable presetting, including washing, sterilization, malt extract feeding, secondary sterilizatioin (by high temperature), cooling, oxygen supply, constant temperature holding and tank tilting of the culturing process, monitored and manipulated by the operator in the central control cabinet, thus ensuring a complete closed state of all the interior of the whole system free of contamination.
